Egészséges(ebb) életmódra, több mozgásra ösztönző workshop több előadóval, színes programokkal

A nyár utolsó hétvégéjén, augusztus 27-29-én kerül megrendezésre egy egészséges életmódra ösztönző, színes workshop a Betyár Lovasközpontban Sárospatakon, rengeteg előadóval és rekreációs sporttevékenységek bemutatásával, melyeket a helyszínen ki is próbálhatnak az érdeklődők.

A mindennapokba beépíthető, élvezetes mozgási lehetőségek – nia tánc, gyermek- és felnőtt jóga a szabadban, lovaglás, nordic walking, szabadtéri röplabda, tollas, ping-pong, stb. – megismerése és kipróbálása mellet több, a szellemet és lelket is ápoló előadást hallgathatnak az érdeklődők, hogy ezzel a résztvevőkben elindítsunk egy életmódbeli szemléletváltást. Mindenkit várunk, hogy mozduljon, épüljön velünk!

A hétvége első előadójaként péntek este megtudhatjuk Orosz Róbert pszichológustól hogyan segítsük gyermekeinket stresszmentesen megélni a mindennapokat, a sportólói létet.

Szombat délelőtt a mozgásé lesz a főszerep, nia tánccal indítjuk a napot, ebben Brezina Kinga lesz segítségünkre, majd a felnőttek jógázhatnak Natival és Katival, a gyerekeknek Sikora Lili tart jógaoktatást. Aki szeretne, a Lovastanya lovaira is ráülhet egy kellemes sétalovaglás erejéig. Az ebédszünetet követően a mozdulni vágyók csatlakozhatnak a csodálatos Megyer-hegyi „Tengerszemhez” vezetett nordic walking túrához.

Délután Lipovszky Csenge illatesztéta megosztja velünk gondolatait a szaglásvesztésról a Covid fényében, majd később Götz Ildikó borásszal közösen vezetnek be minket a bor illatolásának rejtelmeibe. Köves Zsuzsa kineziológus segít nekünk abban, hogyan legyünk önmagunk, majd az este lezárásaként Léder László pszichológus mesél az apák nagyon fontos szerepéről gyermekeink életében.

A workshop zárónapján ismét tánccal és jógával indítunk, majd Antal Emese dietetikus tart előadást arról, hogy a helyes táplálkozás a kiegyensúlyozott életmód részeként az egyik legfőbb eszközünk.

Az előadások alatt és közben játszótéren játszóházzal és fa fejlesztő játékokkal várjuk a rendezvényre látogató családok apróbb tagjait. Lehetőséget biztosítunk a szabadtéri röplabda, a „ping-pong” és az óriás sakk kipróbálására, az ügyeskezűeknek a ”Patchwork Műhelyben” alkotásra.

Pavilonjainkban beszélgetősarkot hozunk létre az előadóinkkal, illetve előzetes regisztrációhoz kötve tanácsadást tart Czike Zsuzsa (Zsebi) pár- és családterapeuta, Köves Zsuzsa kineziológus, valamint Lipovszky Csenge illatesztéta.

Várunk mindenkit, a tenni akar önmagáért, saját, és gyermeke(i) egészségtudatos életmódjának kialakításáért, vagy csak megerősítéséért. „Mozdulj Sárospatak!”
