Gyere, táncolj! Gyere, táncolj még!

Nagyon szeretek táncolni. Nekem stresszoldás. Felüdülés. Öröm.

Ha buli van, képes vagyok reggelig táncolni 1-2 pohár bor kíséretében. ☺

Eufóriát érzek tánc közben. Áramlásban vagyok.

Fiatal korom óta foglalkozom táncokkal. Testnevelő tanárom, aki a felvételire is felkészített Ircsi néni, - nagyon tisztelem – sok tánccal ismertetett meg. Aztán a saját utamon már kerestem ezeket a lehetőségeket.

Ircsi néni, óriási példát mutat az életével mindannyióknak. A korából kb. 20 évet letagadhat, a fittségi állapota megszégyeníti az 50-eseket, de még a fiatalabbakat is. Mindig nagy tisztelettel nézek rá és hallgatom szavait. Még mindig tanul. Most éppen a sport mellett gitározni tanul. Sokat tanultam, tanulok tőle. ☺

A 90-es években a Műegyetemen augusztusban szervezték az IDMC nemzetközi tánckurzust. Ezen évekig részt vettem. 2 hétig tartott. Naponta legalább 15 féle táncfajtát lehetett kipróbálni 90 perces órákon. A jazz, afro, step, klasszikus balett, a jazz fajtái, flamenco, afro pop, salsa, mozgásszínház, stb…

Most rákerestem és azt láttam, hogy még mindig szervezik az IDMC-t. Jó volt olvasni róla. 30 éve is ilyen fergeteges táncgálával zárult, mint most.

Például részt vettem step órán, meg is állapítottam, hogy nem az én táncom.

Részt vettem flamenco órán, ott pedig azt éreztem, hogy tudnék spanyol országban élni. Ez a tánc az enyém volt.

A déli táncok nagyon közel állnak hozzám, pl. argentin tangó, flamenco, salsa. ☺  

A jazz táncot az alapok miatt imádtam.

Az afrot pedig az Ősiessége miatt. Van benne valami, ami nagyon a gyökereinkhez húz. Valami nagyon ősi, valami nagyon egyszerű, nagyon szakrális.

Volt egy kockás füzetem, a táncokat mindig lejegyzeteltem pontosan. Rajzírás, szaknyelvi leírás. Tudjátok milyen sokszor elővettem már azóta. Ez a füzet néha már lapokra esik szét, de a tudás benne van, és teljes mértékben felidézhető. Ha nagyon keresném még videó felvételeim is lennének. Régen volt. ☺

Azóta is végigkísér a tánc.

Az IDMC tanfolyamokon egy barátnőmnél aludtam, Kingánál. Ő akkor még nem táncolt, nem is sportolt.

A sors fintora, hogy 20 év múlva találkoztunk és azt mesélte, hogy egy csodálatos dolgot tanul. Így ír róla:

„2010 óta tanítom a Niát. Nia lépéseimet Helen Terry terelgette itthon, és az Egyesült Államokban. A Nia egy táncalapú mozgás, amiben magadra találhatsz. Miközben arra figyelsz, hogy mit üzen a tested, a lelked és az elméd is megpihen. A Niában örömöt, energiát, gyógyulást, felszabadultságot, testi, lelki, szellemi, érzelmi jólétet és nem utolsó sorban, közösséget is találhatsz.”

Nagyon érdekelt. Elmentem hozzá egy órára. Emlékszem a csípővel foglalkoztunk azon az órán. Egy pincében volt az óra Budapesten és csak 3-an voltunk. Nagyon jó volt. Azóta ha úgy alakul Bp-en elmegyek egy órájára. Tavaly nyáron rászántam magam és az Adriai Nia táborban is részt vettem. Az volt az igazi. 1 hét tánc délelőtt, délután. Imádtam. Tánc, Adria, tenger, kellemes esték, víz, napfény, nyár. ☺

Sajnos nincs sok lehetőségem gyakorolni, de néha youtube-on rákeresek és táncolok egy kicsit a TV előtt. Így is nagyon üdítő, felszabadító.

Terveim vannak még vele.

Ugyanis a tánc hiányzik az életemből.

A tánc a test és lélek összefonódása. Harmónia és békesség. Nőiség.
