Minden kell mértékkel!

Kellenek a túlzások, kellenek a böjtök, kellenek az átbulizott éjszakák, kellenek a maratonok, kellenem a kiabálások, kell a csend.

Mértékletesség!

Erkölcsi, fizikai, mentális értelemben is. A mértéktelenség is a mérték felé tart, ha tanulunk belőle!

És persze ez is, mint minden, mindenkinél egyedi.

A tapasztalatok kellenek, amik sokszor túlzásokba futnak.

Fiatalon nem merengtem el ezen a mondaton, de ahogy megy előre az idő, egyre jobban, érzem, hogy ÉRTÉK A MÉRTÉK. Egyre hamarabb hozok döntést a mértékletesség céljából. Egyre hamarabb mondok nemet általam nagyon szeretett dolgokra.

Most már tudom, hogy a mértéktelenség káros az egészségre.

És elsősorban a mértéktelen stressz, ami nagyon káros, a tartós negatív stressz. Erre nagyon próbálok figyelni.

Voltam egy képzésen, ahol sokat dolgoztunk a jin-jang jellel. Nagyon belém égett. Akkor napokig és még mindig sokat elmélkedtem magamban azon, hogy a nagy fehérségben, tisztaságban, fényben van egy fekete pont, és a sötétségben is van egy kis fény. A fehérség is befeketedhet, illetve a feketeség is kifehéredhet.

Minden rosszban van valami jó és minden jóban van valami rossz.

A mérték az egyensúly. Az élet egyensúlyra törekszik. Vagy önkéntelenül, vagy szándékosan tartunk az egyensúly felé. Vagy rájövünk magunktól, vagy az élet rákényszerít. Az biztos, hogy tanít.

És mégis,

  • jól esik néha túlzásokba esni,
  • jól esik jó nagyokat enni,
  • aztán diétázni,
  • meginni egy-két pohár bort,
  • jó zsíros szalonnát sütni,
  • hajnalig táncolni,
  • néha egyedül lenni,
  • sokat beszélgetni,
  • élvezni az életet!

Egyensúlyozzunk a boldog élet felé! ☺
