5 dolog, hogy miért sportoljon a gyermeked?

  1. Nő a fizikai teljesítőképessége

  • Erősebb, gyorsabb és kitartóbb lesz!
  • Jobb lesz az ülő- és állóképessége! ☺

  1. Ügyesebb lesz

  • Szervezettebb, koordináltabb, gazdaságosabb lesz a mozgása.
  • Mozgás pontossága térbeli, időbeli, és erőadagolási jellemzők pontosságát és összehangoltságát foglalja magában. A mozgás pontossága lehetővé teszi, hogy a végrehajtás gazdaságossá váljon. Ilyenkor ugyanazt a mozgást, illetve teljesítményt kisebb erőbefektetéssel éri el. 

  1. Fejlődik a problémamegoldó gondolkodása

  • Fejlődik a taktikai és stratégiai gondolkodása!
  • A mozgásos és a sportjátékokban nagy szükség van a gyors döntésre, és ennek gyorsan van is látható eredménye. Sokszor nem jól döntök, nem jó irányba futok, nem vagyok elég ügyes, nem figyeltem, stb… Ha hibázok és rosszul döntök a következő játék során kijavíthatom. Csinálhatom jobban! Próbálkozhatok, gyakorolhatok! Ha jól csinálom, tanulok a hibáimból! Mint az életben! ☺

  1. Elkerülhető az elhízás

  • Az elhízás megelőzésében és kezelésében is kiemelt szerepe van a rendszeres testmozgásnak. A mozgás során nem rakódnak le a szervezet zsírraktáraiban a felesleges kalóriák, gyorsabb lesz az emésztésem.
  • Hozzájárul egy diéta sikerességéhez, és tartósságához.

  1. Segít a stresszkezelésben

  • Kopp Mária megfogalmazása szerint: „A testmozgás, rendszeres sportolás az egyik legjelentősebb egészségpszichológiai védőfaktor.”
  • A rendszeres mozgás növeli az önbizalmat, csökkenti a nyugtalanság tüneteit. Ezen felül elősegíti a pihentető alvást. Csökkenti és elvezeti a feszültséget és azt az érzést erősítik bennünk, hogy uraljuk a testünket és ezzel együtt az életünket.
