Gyógyít a gyermek!?

Egyszer olvastam valahol, hogy ha rossz kedved van, vagy rossz élethelyzetben vagy, menj gyerekek közé, biztosan jobban leszel!

Azóta is sokat gondolkodom ezen.

Együtt érzek ezzel a gondolattal, érzéssel. Ismerős nekem, már többször megéltem, de talán most tudatosul bennem. :)

Ez a gondolat a gyógyulást nem a gyógyszereken és a terápián érti, hanem az érzésen. A gondtalan, fesztelen, oldott érzésen, a pillanaton, az „itt és most”-ban, amit akkor él át az ember, ha ráhangolódik a gyermekre, átveszi az Ő pillanatát és „csak” vele van, ott és akkor, boldogan.

Azt hiszem, ez a FLOW.

A sérült, fájdalommal teli, fáradt lélek gyógyító útja a gondtalan pillanat, a játék, az öröm, a könnyedség, a humor, az ártatlanság, és ennek a pillanatnak az ereje, ami megmutatja, hogy ez bennem van. Tükör effektus. Rendelkezem ezzel az érzéssel, amit most egyszemélyben a gyermek tár elém a teljes valóságában, szavak nélkül. Az érzés az enyém! Én vagyok! Új nekem ez az érzés, szinte el sem hiszem. Régi-Új. Már teljesen elfelejtettem, a gondok felülírták ezt az érzést, el sem merem hinni. Mi lenne, ha elhinném, és többször döntenék úgy, hogy megélem ezeket a pillanatokat!

Miért nem döntök így. Erősebbek a hétköznapok, erősebb a környezeti hatás, mint a bennem lévő érzés. Legyőz, elsodor?

Miért?

Meddig?

Amíg nem döntök máshogy. Rajtam múlik…

Minél többször megengedem magamnak, hogy megéljem ezeket a pillanatokat, annál hamarabb gyógyulok.

Hálás leszek a pillanatért.

Ez is a fejlődés, gyógyulás egyik útja lehet…        

Alkalmazkodás, átengedés, azonosulás a gyermekkel, a teljeséggel, az egységgel, a pillanattal.

Azt hiszem, mikor megszületett a Lovastanyám szlogenje,  „A hely ami megérint”, valami hasonlóból született. Megérint a pillanat…

Táboroztatunk immár 23 éve, sok GYERMEK fordult meg itt és sok LÓ. Éppen ők azok, akik ezeket a pillanatokat segítik megélni, felhívják a figyelmet az PILLANAT ÉRTÉKÉRE!

Figyelünk rájuk, velük vagyunk, és mégis lehetnek önmaguk, itt lehetnek jól!

Gyógyulunk, fejlődünk általuk!
