Vizsga után kijössz a teremből, bezárod az ajtót és erőteljesen kifújod a levegőt!

Egy nehéz tárgyalás után, egyedül maradsz, beülsz az autódba, elmerengsz és kifújod a levegőt!

Levegő kifújás, légzés, lélegzés.

Elengedés, megkönnyebbülés, lazítás.

Érzed a párhuzamot?

Akkor most arra bátorítanálak, hogy használd ezt a képességedet, ami mindig rendelkezésedre áll.

Kifújni a levegőt mindig lehet. Tudatosabban sokkal többször használd, mint ahogy gondolod.

  • Először is figyeld meg a légzésedet.
  • Állapítsd meg, hogy elég mélyen lélegzel-e?
  • Aztán próbálj 1-2 levegővételt tudatosítani.
  • Majd végezd el ezt a gyakorlatot: Nagy levegővétel-Lassú kifújás, amíg 1-től 4-ig számolsz lassan magadban- légzésszünet-majd elölről. Aztán növeld az időtartamot. Vigyázz ne erőltesd. Lassú egyenletes legyen a kifújás.
