Tanítok egészségről, mozgásról, prevencióról.

Tanítok gyerekeket, fiatal felnőtteket, középkorú felnőtteket.

Fontosnak tartom, hogy a gyerekek, a leendő pedagógusok „megfertőződjenek” egészségből, mozgásból!

Tanításom során sokszor említésre kerül a MOZGÁSSAL összefüggésben a VÍZ, a LÉGZÉS, az ÉTKEZÉS, a RELAXÁCIÓ.

Minden mindennel összefügg!

Hiszem, hogy soha nem késő az egészséges életmód bármelyik összetevőjéről tanulni.

Soha nem késő a rossz szokásokon változtatni és új szokásokat beépíteni az életbe.

Ehhez szeretnék hozzájárulni.

A közösségi média a szemléletformálás eszköze. Igyekszem az ismerőseim, tanítványaim körében felhasználni ezt a csatornát, az egészségtudatos magatartás erősítéséhez.

2019-et írunk, amikor a 18 éves fiatalok közel 90%-ának van instagram és facebook profilja.

Ja és a 77 éves anyukámnak is van mindkettő, és villámgyorsan megtanulta és használja.

Én is igyekszem haladni a korral. ☺

A facebookot már régen használom, az instát az éven kezdtem.

Haragudhatnánk a közösségi médiára, mert veszélyes, de jó célokra kell használni.

Például novemberben el akartam adni az autómat, és 1 héten belül eladtam. Meg is lepődtem. A hallgatóimmal való kommunikáció során is hatékonyan alkalmazom a messengert.

2 hete autodidakta módon tanulom INSTAGRAM használatát.

Mindennap rakok föl 1 képet a story-ba.

Ahogy felraktam az első képet, rögtön eszembe jutott, hogy mi lenne, ha a hét minden napján más lenne a téma, és ezt ismételném.

Aztán eldöntöttem, hogy a témák az EGÉSZSÉGTUDATOS MAGATARTÁSHOZ fognak kapcsolódni.

Mindig a pillanat fogja megszülni képet! ☺

Persze a fejemben próbálom kicsit előre gondolni a nap témáját, ráhangolódok. Igyekszem szétnézni a környezetemben, az életemben és keresem a kapcsolódó helyzeteket, tárgyakat…

Megijedtem, mert belegondoltam, hogy mi lesz, ha nem fog eszembe jutni téma, nem tudok mit lefényképezni, nem tudok mit feltenni?

Jött a válasz magamban.

Szégyen lenne, ha ebben a csodálatos világban, ennyi inger között nem vennék észre a pillanatban semmit, ami a témához kötődik!

Ez a gondolat megerősítette bennem azt, hogy mire is FÓKUSZálok?

Félig tele, vagy félig üres a pohár.

Megtalálom a pillanatot? Vagy elkezdek félni tőle, hogy hogyan is fogom megtalálni?
Eldöntöttem, hogy engedem történni, hiszek magamban és a pillanatban a világ sokszínűségében és a kreativitásomban. JÁTSZOM ☺
