1. Beállt a nyakad

Ha úgy ébredsz reggel, hogy meghúzódott a nyakad. Mozgáskorlátozottság lép fel, nem tudsz lazán oldalra nézni. Felszisszensz, ha megmozdítod a fejed, mert fáj a nyakad.

Van az a rossz tartás, amikor a vállad előre esik, de a szemeddel előre kell nézni, ezért a fejed megemeled, és a nyakad megrövidül, és összenyomódik.

Ajánlok ennek elkerülésére egy egyszerű gyakorlatot.

Vegyél egy nagy levegőt. Képzeld el, hogy a fejtetőddel megnyújtózol fölfelé, az álladat lefelé és hátrafelé tolod, a vállaidat hátra forgatod, kiemeled a mellkasod, és megnyújtod ezt a helyzetet. Majd ebben a helyzetben kifújod a levegőt, belelazulsz és élvezed. Majd ellazítod a tested. Légzésszünet. Majd megismétled.

Végezd el többször, és közben figyelj a levegővételre.

Ha már jól megy, végezd a természetes levegővétel ritmusában a gyakorlatot, többször egymás után.

2. Fáj a hátad

Egyszerűen fáradt a hátad.

Becsípődik valami, kellemetlen érzés van a hátadban. Fáj a derekad. Nehéz sokáig állni.

Ideje keresni, egy jó kis helyet, ahol gerinctorna, jóga, gerincjóga, vagy bármilyen mozgás található, ami kicsit nagyobb hangsúlyt fektet a törzsizmokra átmozgatására.

Nagyon fontos, hidd el nekem.

Ne a Cataflam fogyjon el otthon, hanem a mosóporod, mert sokszor kell kimosni a tréningruhád.

Hidd el, jobban megéri! ☺

Arról nem is beszélve, hogy a gondolkodásodnak, az agyi működésednek milyen jót tesz, ha kicsit többet foglalkozol azzal a szerkezettel, a gerincoszlopoddal, ami a fejedet tartja! ☺

Mozgástudatosabb élet és nincs hátfájás többé! ☺
Ja és a prevencióról még nem is beszéltem. Nem kell megvárni a fájdalmat!  ☺

Egy kicsi mozgás mindenkinek kell… ☺
