Változtass

  1. Tűzz ki egy elérhető, konkrét, jelen idejű CÉLT, E/1 személyben!
  2. Írd le és tedd ki jól látható helyre!
  3. Határozd el magad!
  4. Válaszd ki egy mozgásformát, amit szívesen gyakorolnál rendszeresen.
  5. Keresd meg a formáját. Tudom egyedül végezni (pl: futás, kerékpár, stb…, vagy keresnem kell egy helyet (konditerem, uszoda, személyi edző, futball csoport, bármilyen szabadidős csoport, küzdősport, valamilyen táncos tevékenység, stb…) ehhez?
